Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Enjoy this chia seed pudding, use your preferred choice of berries, fruits and create your own variations.


  • 2½ cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup white chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3 cups mixed berries
  • fig, mint leaf, fresh berries for garnish


  1. Place coconut milk, chia, vanilla, honey in Ventray blending jar refrigerate for at least 1-2 hrs or over night
  2. Blend coconut milk mixture, add in rest of the ingredients into blender, blend until smooth in texture
  3. Pour into serving glass refrigerate for 30 minutes or until pudding thickens
  4. Garnish with desired fruit and serve
