Banana Milkshake

For a healthier version of this milkshake, substitute ice cream for frozen yogourt.


  • 250ml milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 50ml double cream
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Dried banana chips
  • Caramel syrup
  • Chocolate chips


  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Pro 600 blender, blend using speed 3 or 3 minutes or until smooth in texture
  2. Pour into serving glass, add banana chips, drizzle caramel syrup and top it off with chocolate chips
