Directions
In Ventray blender, blend banana, vanilla, buttermilk, maple syrup, half of chopped dates until completely smooth
Sift flour, cocoa powder, soda, baking powder into Ventray Stand Mixer mixing bowl, add in banana mixture and remaining dates, whisk using medium low speed
Add in nuts, rolled oats, dates, blend until fully mixed.
Spoon batter into pan, smooth surface
Oven Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F, grease and line a 4 by 8 inch loaf pan
Baking for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
