Ingredients
- ½ cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 3 cups of powdered sugar (add more if needed)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
- Beat softened butter and cream cheese with a flat beater starting at speed 1 in your Ventray Stand Mixer
- Increase to speed 3 gradually, beat for 3 minutes, scrap bowl
- Once mixture smooth and creamy, add in vanilla extract beat for 1 minute
- Add in icing sugar in two batches, start mixing with low speed than gradually increase speed. Beat until well mixed.
