Ingredients

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the chopped apples, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using) into Ventray Blender.
  2. Blend using the smoothie setting until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
  4. To chill your smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until crushed and well-mixed.
  5. Enjoy!
