Apple Plum Smoothie

Enjoy this sweet and sour smoothie to change up your smoothie routine

  • 2 plums, core removed
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • ½ of a dragon fruit
  • ½ cup seedless grapes or frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender, blend using smoothie setting until desired consistency reached
  2. Garnish with preferred topping and serve
