  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup almond milk
    ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


  1. In Ventray Blender, combine the chopped apples, mixed berries, almond milk, yogurt, and honey (if desired).
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with honey if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
