  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of granola
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Put the apple, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, sweetener (honey or maple syrup), granola, and cinnamon in Ventray Blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
  3. Adjust the sweetness or cinnamon to your taste.
  4. Optionally, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
  5. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with granola, and serve immediately.
