  • 1green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. In Ventray Blender, combine the chopped apple, avocado, spinach leaves, almond milk, Greek yogurt, optional honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey, lemon juice, or both, to your liking.
  4. For a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend until crushed and well mixed.
  5. Serve immediately.
