Alfredo Sauce

For the busy work night, use this blender 10 minute alfredo sauce for a quick pasta dinner.


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cream or whole milk
  • ½ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp corn starch


  1. Add all ingredients except corn starch into Ventray blender, secure lid
  2. Pulse until mixture well blended
  3. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan, bring to simmer over medium low heat.
  4. Slowly stir in corn starch, reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens. Stirring occasionally
  5. Add in pasta. season with salt and pepper
