  1. Pour all ingredients into Ventray blender, blend for about 2 minutes on medium speed (speed 4).
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer safe container, close the lid, place in freezer for about 6-8 hours or over night. Do not open the lid before the ice cream is completely frozen.
  3. Tip: you can scrape out the seeds from a vanilla bean pod, and add it to the blender for that extra vanilla flavour.
