2 Ingredients Tahini Paste

Simplest tahini paste, a must have for any hummus sauce


  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add in sesame seeds, roast and stir frequently until they are golden brown
  3. Set aside and cool for 5-8 minutes
  4. Add in sesame saeed, and 3 tbsp of oil into Ventray blender, secure lid
  5. Blend starting with medium speed, scrap down side of blender occasionally
